These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made from The Growth Library. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Store Information
The Growth Library sells digital self-development PDF eBook guides.

2. Products
Our products are digital PDF eBook guides. They are not physical books and no physical shipment will be made. Current products include:
- Clear Mind, Strong Self
- The Weight You No Longer Carry
- The Discipline That Builds Success
- The Growth Library Complete Collection
3. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, access to the purchased PDF file will be provided through our digital delivery system. Delivery typically takes place immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.
You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at growthlibrarian@gmail.com.
4. License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital product from The Growth Library, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the digital product
- Share the PDF publicly or privately with others
- Upload the file to file-sharing platforms or cloud services accessible to third parties
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the content for any commercial purpose
- Claim the content as your own
All intellectual property rights remain with The Growth Library or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
5. Prices and Payment
Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet." (In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
6. Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout before completing your order. Codes may be limited in time, product scope, or availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time, provided this does not affect orders already completed.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (withdrawal period).
However, pursuant to Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if:
- You have expressly consented to us beginning performance (i.e., delivery of the digital content) before the withdrawal period has expired; and
- You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
This consent and acknowledgement is collected at checkout. Once you have given this consent and we have begun delivery by providing access to the PDF file, your right of withdrawal is extinguished.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before digital delivery begins, you may do so by contacting us at growthlibrarian@gmail.com or by using the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is defective, inaccessible, not supplied, or not as described.
8. Digital Content Defects and Legal Rights
If the digital content is not supplied, cannot be accessed, is defective, or materially does not match the product description, please contact us at growthlibrarian@gmail.com.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by restoring access or providing a corrected file. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or reimbursement under applicable EU consumer law (Directive 2019/770/EU and § 327 ff. BGB).
9. Educational Purpose Only
The Growth Library guides are educational self-development resources. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice and must not be treated as such.
The content is not a substitute for professional support, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. If you are experiencing serious emotional distress, mental health concerns, or an emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service in your country.
10. No Guaranteed Results
Self-development depends on personal effort, individual circumstances, and consistent application. We make no guarantee of specific emotional, mental, financial, professional, or personal outcomes from using our guides.
11. Account and Access Security
You are responsible for keeping your order information and download access secure. If you believe your access has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We may limit or revoke access if we have reasonable grounds to believe the digital product is being misused, shared unlawfully, or used in violation of these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Growth Library is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the digital products.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to you under the laws of your country of habitual residence. For consumers, any disputes may also be brought before the courts of your country of residence.
15. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
