This Return and Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from The Growth Library.
1. Digital product format
The Growth Library sells digital PDF eBook guides. No physical product is shipped. After purchase, customers receive access to the digital file through our digital delivery system.
2. EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, our products are digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier. If you expressly agree that we may begin digital delivery immediately after checkout, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content begins, your right of withdrawal expires when we begin providing access to the PDF download.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm:
“I expressly agree that The Growth Library may begin digital delivery immediately after checkout. I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day EU right of withdrawal once access to the digital content begins.”
3. Refunds after digital access begins
Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once access to the digital content has begun and the withdrawal waiver has been accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. When refunds may still be granted
We will review refund requests if:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You purchased the wrong product and have not accessed or downloaded the digital content.
- The download link does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- You received the wrong digital file.
- The digital content is defective, inaccessible, or materially not as described.
- A payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, subject to verification.
5. Digital content defects
If your PDF file is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, please contact us. We will first try to provide a working replacement or restore access. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund, price reduction, or other remedy under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Refund method
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
